The reason for the studio is to create a safe and relaxing environment while providing you with exceptional services. My goal is to make every person who enters this space feel and look absolutely stunning while giving them an environment that is relaxing and welcoming. I specialize in many things and love to give people anything from a nice, subtle lived in, low maintenance look to something funky and full of personality. Cancellation Policy
At The Tranquil Oasis Salon, we understand that unexpected things happen. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests, please review our appointment and cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible by calling or texting 317-937-6800.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-minute grace period.
• Arriving within 10 minutes: we’ll complete as much of the service as possible; the full service fee still applies.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late: the appointment must be rescheduled and will be charged as a same-day cancellation (75% fee).
Cancellation Policy
• Within 24 hours: 50% of the service fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 75% of the service fee
